Justin was elevated to President of FTG Texas in 2024. In this role he has complete oversight for the P&L, enterprise sales, marketing, service, and business operations. Since joining FTG in 2018, Justin’s meteoric rise in the company is largely attributed to his ability to consistently deliver outstanding results, successfully building & developing great teams from the ground up and securing numerous new enterprise customers for FTG. Justin has previously held roles such as Enterprise Account Executive, Director of Enterprise Sales and most recently, VP of Enterprise Sales at FTG.

Justin brings over a decade of experience in various Enterprise Sales roles with Fortune 500 companies such as ADP and Thomson Reuters. In these positions, he demonstrated a proven ability to strategically drive material results with some of the largest organizations in the world.

Justin earned his B.S. from Clarkson University where he was also a member of the Baseball Team. He currently resides in River Oaks, Houston and in his free time enjoys traveling, golf, and is a wine enthusiast.

Brad Yocum’s professional journey in the Office Technology industry began in the late 90s with ComDoc Office Systems. Commencing his career in sales, Brad’s innate leadership abilities propelled him into product leader roles. He played a pivotal role in introducing the first connected devices capable of printing, scanning, and copying, showcasing his foresight in technological advancements.

His influence expanded as he spearheaded the introduction of the first color-connected copiers for the Ricoh product line. Embracing his passion for team development, Brad transitioned into sales leadership, ultimately assuming the Regional/General Manager role for Northeast Ohio & Western Pennsylvania.

In 2000, Brad embraced entrepreneurship, co-founding a startup in the Construction/Engineering field, VEC Systems. Under his leadership, the company burgeoned into one of the Midwest’s largest in its field, doubling in size over the first seven years and establishing offices in Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Florida.

Maintaining close ties with the ComDoc group, Brad returned to the Technology industry after their acquisition by Xerox. Over the subsequent five years, Brad’s strategic leadership contributed to his teams achieving new milestones, including a 100% increase in profitability and customer satisfaction.

Brad made the Lone Star State his home nine years ago. In this time, he has spearheaded initiatives in both the hardware and software industries, taking on roles that demanded realignment and new direction. Brad’s passion lies in creating innovative programs and cultivating new areas of growth, all while deriving genuine joy from witnessing the development of others.

As Brad takes on a new chapter with Flex Technology Group in the Texas market, his enthusiasm for the future is palpable. With a track record of success and a commitment to innovation, Brad Yocum is excited about the future of Flex TG’s continued growth and success.
